I found a recipe where you can make fudge Popsicle. You simply use pudding mix and milk, and freeze.
A small paper cup sized treat is only about 40 calories.
If you read the comments, many others added their input for recipes. Many liked combining fat free Cool Whip to make it more creamy. Some added fresh fruit. That sounds like a good idea. Bananas and chocolate are so tasty.
I want to try this soon. I imagine you'd be able to use other flavors, and even make flavor combinations.
